If i could give 10 i would. A few days ago i went to find out about getting Houdini to replace and code a new door remote as our one was lost. A guy approached me ( i think he was the manager ) and he showed me the different remotes available and even told me how to program it myself. Now this is why i was so much impressed. 1. They EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE 2. He took the time to explain the products. 3. He saved me a call out fee by showing me how to program it myself. 4. The Rival competitor charges R2000 call out, his price R250. Now what blows my mind is that he could easily have said the programming is hard and would score an extra R250 but he didn't. Thank you Houdini Security 10 star 🌟 rating here.

Team is great with customer service. Quick and efficient with getting keys cut and helped me with a petty cash box that had a broken key inside. Parking is an inconvenience, however the team was truly quick in service. Thankful I stopped as had a limited time between appointments.

I stopped at Houdini to replace my car lock after a break in, they said I can come back the next day for a quote. I then went to their competitor up the road and got same day service as well as a lift home and a lift back when they were done replacing the lock.
