I have always received good service, but this time I'm proud to be a client of theirs. I handed in an safe, forgot that there was still some docs in. They phoned me an notified me that there is some stuff in the safe and that they sealed it. When I received it back, there was an envelope with R140.00 in which I totally forgot about. Thank you for your honesty and good service.

I have a Suzuki Jimny 5 door. I attended Tavcor and was told that with this model you are unable to replace one lock you had to purchase a lock set costing over R8000. The passenger door lock had been damaged in an attempted break in. I had the work conducted. Some 2 weeks later it happened again. I went to Jo Davis who replaced the single lock at a cost of R1600. The staff were very polite and helpfull and the work was completed to a much higher standard than Tavcor
