Kowie Key & Locksmith

My house key and gate remote got stolen and I phoned Kowie Keys after hours today. Douglas answered the phone first time and was extremely profesional and put me at easy as I was anxious. He got all the details he needed from me and said someone should be at my place in about half an hour. Twenty minutes later I got a call to say they were here . Two really friendly guys who got the place open for me, allowing me to step in first to see if everything was OK. Luckily everything was still here. I am so grateful to Douglas, Adriaan and the other gentleman who were all so prompt, profesional and really friendly while changing all the locks. I felt so bad for getting them out here after hours on a weekend, but they assured me it was no problem. You guys are absolute stars and deserve 10 stars for the amazing service you provide. Thank you so very much 🙏🙏

What brilliant service from Douglas and son when our locking system on our car did not work. These guys came right away and knew their stuff and helped us to get into our car. Highly recommend them for all services related to all locks. Thank you guys
