I called Build It Richards Bay on Monday to inquire about boards and was given Sheila’s email to request a quotation. On Monday, she did not respond or even acknowledge receiving my email. Yesterday, I called her, and she assured me she would send the quotation as soon as she finished assisting a customer—but she never did. Today, when I followed up, she asked for my details again, which I provided. However, instead of assisting me, she laughed. How are we supposed to get proper assistance if she doesn’t take us seriously? I also requested to speak to the manager but was unsuccessful.
