a weekend sleep in and busy morning rushing the kids out the door then into the car, slamming the front gate and sliding door locked behind me with the house keys on the kitchen counter... well a few frantic phone calls later and 2 kind men arrived within minutes to save my day and pick the locks instead of me having to break a window. They worked quickly and carefully so no need to replace the locks either. I am so impressed and really grateful

I mean, this guys is super efficient, fast, professional and simply put the best experience u can wish for in that moment u realize you have a key problem-lost, repair,code or just replace, i would honestly recommend master locksmith to my friends and family any time, and have them on speed dial for sure, the best thing was, that the owner Muhammad personally came to our rescue when the dealership lost my brand new key a few minutes after taking ownership of the car and the best part was that it was after hours on a Saturday at 4:30, i mean that is extraordinary excellent customer care and service, he got us a new key coded on the spot and we could drive off the show room that evening, we as a family is so grateful to Master locksmiths, keep it up guys you ROCK!!!!

Phoned Mohamed who asked for a photo of the lock mechanism and arranged a technician to come out to Sibaya to change a cylinder lock. Clarens contacted me within 5 minutes and Ally, the technician arrived on-site within 15 minutes 😮. The job was done in 10, and all this with accommodating, friendly people. Highly recommended. They do travel with handheld card machines for your convenience. I was impressed - great customer service and prompt, efficient service. These people made me look good to my boss.
