He went out of his way to ensure that even though he could not be at the shop on a specific date and time, on the eve of my graduation, he made alternate arrangements for me to receive my shoes that I especially wanted to use that day. Yusuf had to cut a key for a very old car and truth be told I wasn't very positive that it was going to work as the original key I'd given him was broken in half. If the new key didn't work I would've had to pay a call-out fee for Yusuf to come out to the car which was 30km away. I was VERY relieved when I put the key in the ignition and it started on the first try. Very friendly, efficient service from someone who has clearly got significant experience as a locksmith! Very happy with the service received.

I was in need of locksmith services three times the last three months. One situation was a crises after hours. Every time the service was fast, effective and Yusuf is a friendly man who enjoys his work. It is a great assurance to have such a service available to the community.
