K.C. Services /KC Locksmith and shoe repairs

Had a small issue with my E.T remote and the gentleman there was so helpful, said the battery casing had a bit of corrosion from getting wet that’s why it stopped working, he managed to clear it up so quickly and got it working again and didn’t even charge me for it. We need more people/businesses like this. Thank you guys!

The service I received at KC SERVICES was excellent, throughout my visit they were courteous and helpful and went out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met. My shoes were fixed excellent and my keys were cut perfectly. I used them on a second occasion for a call out to programme my remote and they pitched in a few minutes and once again excellent service. I am a long standing customer at KC SERVICES and really appreciate there excellent service. May your business grow from strength to strength.

I have used the K.C Service a few times in the past, and while the service not great and the work is just about par and definitely not affordable, they are convenient though, but I never thought I would be cheated out of what I was promised and paid for. I took in a shoe to fix and a bag to patch and have a zip replaced. The zip was the replaced but the patch was not done. I was told by the previous assistant that is was noted and charged for, this was not on my copy of the receipt, which I pointed out before I left but the assistant assured me that he had noted all my requests and charged accordingly. When I went to collect I was told the patch wasn't charged as it was not done. I can overlook everything else but dishonesty is a deal breaker. Probably won't be back.
