Time doesn't matter here, the person who booked my car for a specific time, was minimum 15 minutes late! He was busy with my car to code and cut a new key which was done excellent, that took him about an hour. And during the one hour fifteen minutes I had to stand on my two feet as there was no chair or any seat available or provided for customers waiting. However I was grateful I received a remote key that works.
